Winneshiek County SHIIP program to receive Governor's Volunteer Award

The Winneshiek County Senior Health Insurance Information Program--SHIIP--is being recognized with a Governor's Volunteer Award.

SHIIP is a free, confidential service of the State of Iowa that helps Iowans make informed decisions about Medicare and other health coverage.

Volunteers for the program will be invited to receive their award at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, June 25th at the University of Northern Iowa's Gallagher Bluedorn Performing Arts Center in Cedar Falls.
