29-year-old Brian Fullhart of Decorah has entered guilty pleas to four charges springing from a police raid on an alleged meth lab at 610 1/2 Maple Avenue in Decorah.
Fullhart was sentenced to ten years in prison on a charge of conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine and five years, five years and two years in prison on three possession charges. The prison terms will run concurrently, with Fullhart not eligible for parole until he serves at least one-third of the ten year prison term.
Also this week, 33-year-old Jessica Kipp of Ossian entered a guilty plea to one count of conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine and three counts of possession of drug precursors. Sentencing has been scheduled for 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, June 4th, on the charges facing Kipp. She was released on bond following her court appearance.
