Decorah bald eagles are still a tourism draw

Posted: Wed, Apr 24, 2013 6:37 AM

The Decorah bald eagles have built a new nest this year, mostly out of sight of the eagle webcam.  But that doesn't mean the bald eagles have stopped being a tourist attraction.  In fact, their new nest is located along Trout Run Trail in a location that is even more visible to tourists.

Raptor Resource Project Director Bob Anderson says his organization has placed signs along the trail and is working to make sure the bald eagle's new nest is not disturbed.
