Community Circle of Care representative testifies before Congressional hearing

Community Circle of Care representative Jill Kluesner testified at a Congressional briefing in Washington DC April late last week that focused on Mental Health First Aid in Iowa.

Mental Health First Aid training helps the public identify, understand and respond to signs of mental illnesses and substance use disorders.  It teaches participants a 5-step action plan of how to engage and support individuals who may experience a mental health crisis.
