Library celebrates National Library Week

The Decorah Public Library is observing National Library Week this week.  Anyone with overdue library materials may take advantage of fine amnesty: simply bring overdue items to the front desk of the library, let a staff member know that they are overdue, and all fines for those items will be forgiven.
