Work begins Monday on Pole Line Road

Winneshiek County will be restricting traffic starting Monday on Bridge #65 on Pole Line Road, which crosses over the Upper Iowa River approximately 1.5 miles west of HIghway 52.  Workers will be doing exploratory work on and around the bridge in preparations for the bridge's replacement.  Traffic will be reduced to one lane while work is ongoing and there will be flaggers.  Expect SIGNIFICANT delays in the area.  Alternate routes are strongly suggested.

The work is expected to continue through Tuesday.
