St. Benedict School students have completed a food drive for local food pantries. Student Council representatives, along with their sponsor Colleen Wetli, delivered the donated goods that had been collected over a six week period.
Service is an important part of the St. Benedict School mission. Each classroom has an ongoing service project throughout the year, which includes traveling to the local nursing homes, helping in the school kitchen, taking care of school recycling, serving as mass buddies to the younger students, and more. Students also take part in school-wide service projects throughout the year including the annual Can Mountain Day, a service project during Lent and Advent, and more.
