This is ISU Extension Week

The Winneshiek County Extension Office will be part of this week's celebration of Iowa State University Extension Week.

During Extension Week the office in Decorah will have some giveaways and a drawing for a local food box filled with foods from local producers.

The ISU Extension Office is always a busy place and Extension Week is no different.  This week there is a calf health & feeding meeting, master gardener meeting, plant propagation workshop, and crop outlook meeting.

The Extension Office staff says Extension Week is an opportunity to open our doors to the community.  "We would be happy to visit them about what extension is all about and what programs we have going on that may pertain to them."
