NICC instructor getting award for teaching excellence

An instructor at the NICC Calmar campus is getting an award for teaching excellence.
Neil Grube is an NICC 1975 Farm Implement graduate and worked for John Deere for 23 years prior to returning to his alma mater in 1998 to teach John Deere TECH students.
Grube has named a recipient of the National Institute for Staff Organizational Development's award for teaching excellence.
