Five arraigned on charges stemming from alleged Decorah meth lab

Trials have been scheduled for May 1st for five people arrested last month in connection with an alleged meth lab at 2705 College Drive in Decorah.

33-year-old Jessica Kipp of Ossian, 28-year-old Justin Bradley of Decorah, 22-year-old Carrie Crawford of Dorchester, 31-year-old Stanley Colsch of Dorchester and 55-year-old Keith Munson of Decorah have all entered innocent pleas to charges of manufacturing meth and three counts of possession of precursors to the manufacture of meth.

A sixth suspect in the case--49-year-old Dale Smerud of Waukon--was arraigned on charges last week.  Smerud faces additional charges in connection with alleged parole violations.
