Old Luther pool will become a multiuse area

Progress is being made on construction of the new Luther College Aquatic Center.

Meanwhile the former Luther College Pool has closed permanently.  College officials say the old pool will be filled in and a concrete floor will bepoured over the top.  Tentative plans call for putting turf over theconcrete and making it a multipurpose activity space.
