Decorah HS does well at Individual Speech contest

Decorah High School did well at the Individual Speech contest in Riceville over the weekend.  Out of Decorah's 47 performances, 40 received Division I ratings and will continue on to the State Individual Speech Contest, which will be held March 9th at Starmont High School.  Decorah's team was coached by Amanda Huinker and assisted by Molly Holkesvik,
