Plans announced for another prescription pill recycling

The Northeast Iowa Drug Task Force has announced plans for another Prescription Drug Dropoff.

The event will be held from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Saturday, April 27th at drop-off sites throughout Northeast Iowa.  Decorah locations will be Medicap Pharmacy and the Wal-Mart pharmacy.  Prescriptions and over-the-counter medications will be accepted, including vitamins, supplements and herbals.  Needles, sharps and syringes with needles will also be accepted, as long as they are in puncture proof containers.
