ArtHaus seeking submissions for Emerging Artists Exhibit

ArtHaus in Decorah is asking for 2-D and 3-D artwork submissions from artists ages 18 to 23 for its Third Annual Emerging Artists' Exhibition.

Deadline for submission is March 1st.  The exhibition runs from April 5th through April 26th.  The exhibit is open to residents and students of the Driftless region (within a 150 mile radius of Decorah).  Best of Show will receive a $200 cash prize and a solo exhibition at ArtHaus in 2013-2014. Runner-up will receive a $100 cash prize, and two Honorable Mention Awards will be given. 
 
Applicants to the juried show are requested to submit artworks completed within the last year.  Each applicant may submit up to 3 artworks.  All media are welcome.  Jurors will include area college professors, professional artists, and board members of Driftless Art Collective (D.ART Co.).

Interested applicants must send digital images with an application form, brief artist statement, and entry fee of $20 by March 1st to ArtHaus 508 W.
