Rubaiyat partners with NICC on wine class

Area residents will get a chance in February and March to sample a variety of food and wine selected by Rubaiyat head chef Andy Bonnet.  Northeast Iowa Community College is offering a four-session evening class called "The Rubaiyat Food & Wine Experience: Educate Your Palate"  (#19270).

Participants will learn wine terms, taste a generous array of foods and become more familiar with wine pairing.  The class will start February 21st and will be held on four consecutive Thursday evenings from 6:00 until 8:00 at Rubaiyat in downtown Decorah.  Participants must be 21 years or older.  For more information about the class, click here.
