North Winneshiek School Board discusses school security

In the wake of the shooting in Newtown, Connecticut, all school districts throughout the country have begun reviewing their security plans.  The North Winneshiek School District is no exception.

On Monday evening the North Winn School Board discussed ideas for improving security at the school.  The board took no official action at Monday's meeting.  However, the school district's emergency preparedness committee will be meeting soon to begin the process of updating district security and emergency procedures.
