Trial delayed again for Decorah man

The trial of a Decorah man accused of kicking one of his sons on the son's leg will be postponed until February.

James Bachmurski has waived his right to a trial within one year of his arrest.  Bachmurski's original attorney stopped practicing law, so a judge has agreed to postpone the trial until February 20th.

Bachmurski faces one Class D felony charge of child endangerment and a first degree harassment charge in the case.
