Logsdon, Ashbacher elected to county board posts

The new Winneshiek County Board Chairman is John Logsdon. Logsdon was elected to the post Monday morning at the 2013 organizational meeting of the county board. He is the only county supervisor with previous experience on this year's board. Monday's vote was unanimous.

Also elected to a leadership post was Floyd Ashbacher, who will serve as Vice Chairman.
