UPDATE: Decorah woman arrested on criminal conduct charges

Decorah Police say an arrest has been made in connection with an ongoing investigation at Aase Haugen Homes.

64-year-old Nancy Elsbernd of Decorah has been charged with First Degree Theft and with Ongoing Criminal Conduct.  Police say their investigation into the complaint is continuing.
