Decorah Park-Rec will begin taking shelter reservations Wednesday

The Decorah Parks and Recreation Department has announced it will begin taking picnic shelter and Whalen Cabinreservations for the 2013 calendar year on Wednesday. 

Reservations may be made at the Park-Rec ofice from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Mondaysthrough Fridays.  Each shelter reservation within the Decorah Parks System covers a 6-hourtime period and costs $10.  Whalen Cabin in Phelps Parkmay be rented for five hours (11:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. or 5:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m.) or for $55 for allday.
