Four criminal charges have been filed against a Decorah woman following a Winneshiek County Sheriff's Department investigation into complaints of credit card fraud.

33-year-old Cheryl Albrecht-Zweibohmer of Decorah has been charged with two counts of identity theft and two counts of fraudulent use of a credit card.  Deputies claim Albrecht-Zweibohmer used a Decorah resident's personal information to apply for two credit cards.  After the credit cards arrived, Albrecht-Zweibohmer allegedly used the credit cards to buy merchandise and make a cash withdrawal.

All four charges against Albrecht-Zweibohmer are aggravated misdemeanors.
