UPDATE: State Senate District 28 recount in Clayton County produces no net change

A recount panel has finished recounting State Senate District 28 votes cast in Clayton County--and the new results show no net change in the difference between Republican Michael Breitbach and Democrat John Beard.
The recount gave Breitbach 5,088 votes--two more than previous--and gave Beard 3,771 votes--two more than previously.
A Winneshiek County recount gave Beard one more vote, but he had trailed Breitbach by 23 votes.
Allamakee and Fayette County have not yet released results of their recounts.
