Decorah Airport completes its taxiway/apron project

The City of Decorah has officially approved the completed taxiway/apron project. 

The project included two phases.  Apron grading was done at a cost of just under $100,000, with the FAA providing 95 percent of the funds.  The second phase was paving, which cost $321,493.

Both projects were done by local contractors.  The two projects received a total of $447,905 in FAA funding.
