Decorah Schools enrollment is up

Superintendent Mike Haluska has released enrollment figures for the current school year, and enrollment is up at the Decorah Community Schools.  Total enrollment increased by 32 students to 1689, from 1657 last year. The "certified enrollment" which is a figure calculated from weighted enrollment is 1417.77, up 24.22 from 1393.55 last year.

Specifically, John Cline was down 5 students; Carried Lee was up 13; Middle School was up 11; and Decorah High School was up 19. Crossroads had a net loss of 6 students.
