Leon Bohr turns back challenge from Chuck Ihde for sheriff's position

Incumbent Winneshiek County Sheriff Leon Bohr has won re-election by a nearly 3-to-1 margin.

Bohr defeated sheriff's deputy Chuck Ihde by gathering 6,841 votes on Tuesday.  Ihde had 2,736 votes, making the results 71 percent to 28 percent.
