First on decorahnews.com: All four candidates for the WMC Board will meet Wednesday with Gundersen Clinic staffers

The four candidates for Winneshiek Medical Center Board of Trustees will have a lunch Wednesday with staffers from Gundersen Clinic—Decorah.

Steve Hildebrand, Karl Jacobsen, David Kratz and Jim Tweedy have all accepted invitations to sit down with Gundersen officials to learn more about the clinic.  Several Gundersen doctors and staffers are expected to attend Wednesday's noon luncheon.

The get together is seen as a way for the candidates to become more familiar with the Gundersen operations and for them to ask any questions they have about the clinic's operations and its relations with the hospital.
