Saturday's Class 3A State Championship by the Decorah Viking girls cross country team came despite the fact that runner Brinn Anderson broke her leg while running the race.
Decorah HS student Shana Kelly--another member of the Viking girls cross country team--has posted a news story about Anderson and her injury.
