UPDATE #4: A suspect has been taken into custody in Ossian

Sources tell decorahnews.com that police have captured one of the two suspects in Tuesday morning's shooting in Ossian.

The suspect was caught shortly before 11:00 Tuesday morning.  The second suspect remains at large and should be considered very dangerous.

Meanwhile, the North Fayette School District has been added to the list of schools that have gone into precautionary lock-downs.  Postville and South Winneshiek school districts remain in lock downs.
