The 60-Hour Salesperson Real Estate Pre-License Class (#14157) is being offered online in partnership with the Iowa Association of Realtors for individuals wanting to pursue their Iowa real estate salesperson license. After completion of this online course, another 36 hours of classroom coursework is required before applying for a real estate license: Listing Practices - 12 hours; Buying Practices - 12 hours; and Developing Professionalism and Ethical Practices - 12 hours. Most of the classroom classes are offered by NICC in the Calmar area.

For licensed salespersons needing to renew their real estate license, NICC has four continuing education classes scheduled in Calmar at Iowa's Dairy Center in Room 115.
