Patients at Gundersen Lutheran's clinic locations rated their experience so highly that their patient experience scores were one of the highest in the country.  National Research Corporation was given Gundersen its 2012 Path to Excellence Award for Top Performing Organization for Rate a Doctor (Adults).

Among National Research Corporation's customers, Gundersen Lutheran had the highest percentage of patients rating their clinic healthcare provider a 9 or 10 (the highest scores possible) throughout the last four quarters.
