Decorah woman arrested for public intoxication

Decorah Police say they arrested a woman for public intoxication on Saturday night.
54-year-old Mary Elizabeth Skeate was allegedly discovered lying in the boulevard on East Street and North Street. Police say Skeate was unable to walk, stand or communicate. She was arrested for second offense public intoxication.
