A peak weekend for colors!

This weekend could be the peak of fall colors in Northeast Iowa.

The Iowa DNR says the maples are turning and ash, cottonwood, elm, walnut, sumac and hickory are all starting to change.  Sunny weather is predicted for most of the next week, so color development should be good.
