Five cited because of large party on East Street

Decorah Police say they broke up a large party at 214 East Street in Decorah over the weekend--and issued tickets to five people.

21-year-old Andrew Freeman, 22-year-old Jordan Nady, 21-year-old Alexander Heiselman and 21-year-old Donald Norlander were all cited for keeping a disorderly house.

30-year-old Ryan Sommers of Verona, Wisconsin was also arrested on public intoxication charges for allegedly being unable to walk on the sidewalk without stumbling.
