Luther president to give "State of the College" speech Thursday

Luther College President Richard Torgerson will deliver his annual "State of the College" address Thursday afternoon. The speech to faculty and staff, spouses and guests will be park of a "Service of Dedication" at 3:30 p.m.
As part of the service new faculty and staff will be introduced.
Torgerson's annual speech highlights the achievements and challenges for the college.
