Family involved in Sunday night fire also involved in last month's missing children report

For the Decorah family whose apartment was damaged by fire Sunday evening, it was the second difficult event in less than a month.

Decorah firefighters say the fire at 407 Mound Street started in the apartment of Gloria Frommelt, causing smoke and heat damage to the upstairs apartment.

In JUly, Frommlet contacted authorities to say her two children--13-year-old Keisha Kay Frommelt and 8-year-old Tanner Heins, were missing after disappearing from the Winneshiek County Fairgrounds.  The two kids were found the next morning, with "no suspicious circumstances involved," according to authorities.
