New phase of the Short Street project will begin Monday

The Short Street road project will enter a new phase on Monday.

Work on the Mechanic Street to Division Street portion of the project has been completed.  That means work will begin Monday on the next phase of the project--the Paine Street to Mill Street section.

The next detour will go into effect Monday and will detour traffic south on Mill Street to Dudley Street, then back north to Short Street.
