Short Street Construction Project is about to enter its next phase

Work is wrapping up on the Mechanic Street to Division Street segment of Short Street, with the next phase epxected to be the Paine Street to Mill Street section.

Contractor work recently has focused on the intakes and sidewalks along the current construction zone from Mechanic Street to Division Street.

The next detour will go into effect some time next week and will detour traffic south on Mill Street to Dudley Street, then back north to Short Street.
