The Decorah Police Department says the two Decorah children missing since 7:30 Tuesday night have now been found--with "no suspicious circumstances involved."
13-year-old Keisha Kay Frommelt and her brother, 8-year-old Tanner James Heins, were reported missing in the area of the fairgrounds around 7:30 Tuesday night. Keisha was kast seen in the fairgrounds in the company of two unknown males possibly in their 20's. Tanner was last seen riding a small silver colored bike with highrise handlebars and red grips west out of the fairgrounds into the alley between Broadway and Main St.
The Decorah Police Department announced late Wednesday morning "The previously reported missing juveniles have been located and there were no suspicious circumstances involved."
