The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Department says 18-year-old Jessica Leeps of Decorah had slowed to make a left turn onto Centennial Road. 24-year-old Amanda Myers of Waukon, who had been following Leeps, tried to go around Leeps' car on the left side, but inside struck Leeps' car on the driver's side.
