Public hearing scheduled on NICC Dairy Lab plans

A public hearing will be held at 8:00 a.m. Thursday, June 28th, on plans for an addition to the NICC Calmar campus' Dairy Lab and a remodeling of the facility.

NICC vice president of finance and administration John Noel says the renovation and expansion are needed for the Veterinary Technician program which will open in August.  Funding for the project will come from Accelerated Career Education dollars allocated by the Iowa Legislature and administered by the Iowa Department of Education.
