Short Street project, College Drive/Locust Road intersection work continue to move along

Construction crews are wrapping up their work on the reconstruction of the College Drive Locust Road intersection.  Sidewalk work remains, says City Engineer Lindsay Erdman, but the intersection itself should be open to traffic again by the end of the week.

Meanwhile, crews continue to work on the east end of Short Street.  Construction this week has centered around installing water main pipes at the Mill Street intersection.
