A change of plea hearing for a Decorah man has been postponed until Tuesday, June 26th.

James Bachmurski faces one Class D felony charge of child harassment for allegedly kicking one of his sons on the son's leg. Bachmurski also faces two first degree harassment charges for other incidents involving his two sons.

Bachmurski originally pleaded innocent to the charges, but asked to be given the opportunity to change his plea.  A presentence investigation was then ordered and will be discussed on June 26th.
