Family Care Clinic has now moved into larger facilities

Decorah's Family Care Clinic has now moved to its new location.

The 2,500 square foot facility is now located in the former Iowa State Extension Office off Short Street.  The new space is more than double the medical clinic's former space on Commerce Drive.

Family Care Clinic's Kristen Heine says they're "thrilled" with the new facility, including its easy handicapped access.  The additional space will enable the clinic to welcome a new part-time nurse practitioner, Carol Kelly.  It will also provide more space for its sleep disorder program.

The Family Care Clinic is the only clinic in Decorah not affiliated with either Gundersen Clinic or Mayo Clinic.  It has more than 4,000 patients as clients.
