Police break up marijuana party

Decorah Police say they found four juveniles smoking marijuana in Palisades Park last Thursday.

Officers checked on a car parked at Palisades and found marijuana and drug paraphernalia inside.  Abbey Lowe, Tramone Black, Austin Olson and Maleah Darwood were released to their parents after being cited for possession of marijuana.
