Decorah airport concrete work will be done; grant is received

City of Decorah officials have given the go-ahead to concrete work on the runway approaches at the Decorah airport.  Wicks Construction of Decorah submitted the low bid of $321,493 for the work.

The Decorah Municipal Airport has received a federal grant of about $375,550 for taxiway construction and an additional $67,500 to update the airport's master plan.
