Ask Mr. Answer Person: "I could swear I saw a drone fly over Decorah last week."

Bruce e-mails Mr. Answer Person: "I could swear I saw an MQ-9 Reaper drone flying over Decorah one morning about a week ago.  Are we under surveillance?"

Mr. Answer Person has turned this question over to decorahnews.com reporter Paul Scott, who actually saw drones at the Kandahar Airport while on his trip to Afghanistan last December.  Paul checked with the Decorah airport, which believes Bruce might have seen a private aircraft built by a Luana resident, Kevin Boddicker.

Frankly, Paul isn't sure Kevin's plane was the aircraft that Bruce spotted, but Kevin has e-mailed a photo.  You can be the judge!
