Paving is underway on the final segment of the Trout Run Trail

Crews have been blacktopping the portion of the trail to the west of Middle Calmar Road.  The trail winds along on top of the hill, then follows the path of the former US Highway 52 down the hill.  A final segment will connect the trail to the new bridge over Highway 9.
