Initial work begins on Short Street project

Work is underway on the Short Street project--although it might be a little difficult to see it.

Utility crews were at work on Tuesday marking the changes they will need to make in the area of the street.  City Engineer Lindsay Erdman says the utility work will continue for awhile as details are nailed down on the order of the road construction.  City officials hope to get as much road work done in June as possible.
