NEICAC is observing National Community Action Month

May is National Community Action Month.  Northeast Iowa Community Action Corporation is one of over 1,000 community action agencies across the country.  NEICAC programs include Energy Assistance, Home Weatherization, Family Development and Self-Sufficiency,. Head Start and Early Head Start, Transit, Child and Adult Care Food Program, Low-Income Housing, Health Services, Family Services and food pantries.
