New hospital chief administrator may be hired in another month

Four finalists for the job of Chief Administrative Officer at Winneshiek Medical Center will be interviewed over the next three weeks.

WMC Chief Medical Officer Dr. Susan Halter says each finalist will take part in three one-hour interviews.  The interviews will be done by 8 to 10 person groups with members including doctors and staff and administrators.

The selection committee will meet May 24th to review the results of the interviews.  It will then present the names of the four candidates and its recommendation to a June 6th meeting of the Winneshiek Medical Center Board of Trustees.
